Not long ago, I practised gratitude for several weeks with a good friend, sending each other whatsapp messages each evening. It was a simple process, slowly building up and changing my attitude over time. So powerful, that I wanted others to have the same experience! So when I spoke with a friend who had a similar experience, the idea was born – why not create a movement. Let’s practise gratitude together! In order to harvest the benefits, it’s necessary to stick to the practice for some time and since May is about to begin, the project is now called “May – a month of gratitude”. It’s simple:
During the month of May, ask yourself each evening “What am I grateful for today?”. Try to find three things. Some days this might seem difficult, some days you might find even more. Record your answers in any way you like: For yourself, e.g. in a journal. Teaming up and sharing it with each other. Or maybe even publicly on your blog 😉
